All UT students are invited to the semesterly local programming contest organized by UT UPE, sponsored by Indeed.com and Amazon, and conducted by UPE and the UT Programming Club. So here are the details:

The prizes, are:

1. prize: Acer Aspire ONE D150 Netbook
2. prize: 8GB iPod Touch (Indeed.com)
3. prize: $100 Fry’s Gift Certificate (Indeed.com)

Mozilla T-shirts and swag might be available for the other top performers.

Free dinner will be provided at the end of the contest and there will be some free snacks available for the duration of the contest.

The top eligible** competitors would be invited to represent UT at the regional collegiate programming competition by the UT PROGRAMMING CLUB and they might then get selected to later represent UT at the world finals in Stockholm, Sweden

This contest is open to all students at UT – undergraduate and graduate level and to all majors.
